This package is ideal for couples that just need a little bit of help. 

You are feeling a little bit stuck and overwhelmed and you want someone to help you get your wedding planning back on track with confidence. A friend to talk to and an expert that you can ask questions.

1^st appointment Minimum1 Hour 30 minutes then 1 hour per session

This package includes: Consultations are based on an hourly rate in the studio or on zoom. You get to choose

NOTE: There will be an additional cost to travel to other sites. 

Ceremony Planning only

From $997

Ceremony Planning, we get to design together. Taking your vision to the next level with help from an Master Event Artist

Your ceremony is all about you & your partner. This will always be a very personal day for you. Together we will find your unique vision that is your fairytale wedding dream. 

We will help you book the following vendors: The celebrant, ceremony venue, decor and equipment hire. 

This package includes: 1 site visit to the ceremony site. 

NOTE: Decorations, materials and booking fees will apply separately depending on the final vendor, decorations and materials selection.

only

Reception Planning - Where your fairytale vision comes true

You are looking and looking for something unique, bespoke and different that represents you as a couple. 

We will help you source the venue that is right for you & your fiancé fairytale wedding vision. 

We will help you work out what is included in a venue quote and what may cost you extra. 

This package includes: 3 site visits, venue shortlists, comparison charts and contract negotiation. We will support you to make the right decision for you with confidence. 

2. Finding Your Vendors

Finding the right vendors for your event can feel overwhelming & exhausting

Finding the right wedding vendors for you.

You have found your ceremony and venue but you just don’t know where to go to next. You’re worried you will forget something important. 

What you need is some additional help to lock in all the other vendors that you don’t know you need, for example: Photographer, videographer, cake designer, decor stylist, florist etc. You want a friend and professional that you can talk to 

This package includes booking the 1^st three (3) vendor categories of your choice

This package includes: Consultations, vendor short list, vendor comparison chart & contract negation. Choose the right vendors that can see your wedding vision

This package is 'Perfect for the organised couple' that wants an extra hand to set the styling up on the day. 

We put the finishing touches to your dream day.

This is for the couple that are organised and they are ready to party without worrying through the day whether things will get done. 

You have finished all the planning and you want an extra person to help with the final touches on the day while having time to laugh and celebrate with family & friends. 

This package includes: 3 hours of assistance on your wedding day, one (via zoom) meeting for organising a day-of planning timeline and 1 event manager

2. Half Day Package

This is the most Popular Package for my couples

This package is perfect for the backyard wedding or the intimate beach wedding or the couple that have organised everything and want to laugh, party & celebrate with family & friends and things just happen without the worry. 

You want to party and celebrate without the worry & stress. 

You have organised most things with your wedding but you feel that you will be dealing with too many things on the day and not celebrating like you want to. 

This package usually allows FYF enough time to set up your reception and organise your vendors - caterers & such. 

This package includes: 5 service hours on the wedding day, 1 preparation meeting via zoom or in the studio, 1 site visit and 1 event manager for the 5 hours. 

NOTE:
This package does not include: All hanging installations may require a professional rigger to be employed.

Full Day - Where you get to party and have fun while we organise everything else

This is for larger bespoke weddings. Someone to look after the Vendors for the day. 

You have booked so many vendors that you will never be able to keep track of them all. 

You want to celebrate and party without the hassle of logistics (when and where things will take place. 

This package includes: 8 service hours, 2 preparation meetings, vendor confirmation, run sheet preparation, rehearsal coordination, & 1 event manager for the day. 

Additional Assistant $400
